Availability of fragrances and quantities may change anytime. will honour all orders with in-stock inventory. If any products are sold out at the time of your purchase, we will call or email you with alternate options.

Please keep in mind, only charges your credit/debit cards after we have finalized your order and total invoice amount.

All orders placed on will be processed within 5 business days. Rates are based on weights & may vary according to size of order and location. Approximate shipping rates will be calculated automatically at the time of checkout. If there are any changes to the shipping cost, we will contact you by phone or email to inform you of the final invoice.

Our preferred carrier is Canada Post for all orders. Please note, we do not have a pick-up location.

Free Shipping is available for all customers in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area). Valid until September 2017.

Return Policy

All sales are final. has a no refund policy. All products are thoroughly checked before shipping. If there are any differences in the order placed on our website & the order delivered to you, we may offer to exchange them for other products if the situation permits to our discretion. We do not guarantee this service. Any claims for short shipments or damages must be informed within 48 hours after delivery. All shipping charges for orders and returns are paid by the customer.

If any items in your order are out of stock, we will contact you to switch the products before finalizing the invoice and shipment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange. values your business and we care for you. We will always try our best to satisfy our customers.
